Privacy policy
This policy applies to the c1c.hu website. Employee data processed in the c1 cafeteria application is governed by the data-processing agreement with each client.
The data controller
Codebase Kft. — 1037 Budapest, Bokor utca 15. I. emelet 27. — info@c1c.hu — +36 1 436-7510. Company registration number: 01-09-725607, tax number: 13246422-2-41.
Information collected on the website
Our website can be visited freely without disclosing personal data. We measure site traffic with Google Analytics (see Use of cookies): this shows us, for example, the pages viewed, the browser and device type, the time of the visit and the approximate location. We use these statistics to improve the website and our services; we do not identify individual visitors from this data.
Proposal and demo requests
The data you enter in the form on the Packages and Request a demo pages — name, company, email address, phone number (if given), headcount, the chosen package and your message — is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and arrange a demonstration. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Your enquiry is sent by email to the sales staff of Codebase Kft., and you receive an automatic confirmation at the address you entered. If you arrived by clicking an advertisement, we also record the ad click identifier and campaign tags so we can see which of our ads are useful; for this purpose we may upload the click identifier — without your name or contact details — to our Google Ads account. To filter out abuse (unsolicited, automated submissions) we record the IP address of the request together with the enquiry. We use no third-party service and no cookies for bot filtering.
The data is stored in our own systems within the European Union; we use an email delivery provider (data processor) to deliver the emails, and beyond that we do not share the data with third parties. It is kept for no longer than two years after your enquiry is closed, unless a contractual relationship is established in the meantime.
Use of cookies
Cookies are short text files that help websites recognize returning visitors. Our website uses the following.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.): the _ga and _ga_… cookies last up to two years and are used to link visits together. Google may also process the data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can prevent this measurement by blocking cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Data needed for operation: the ARRAffinity cookie supports load balancing between our servers and lasts until you close the browser; in your browser’s local storage we keep your cookie setting and chosen language, and for the session the ad click identifier (for the form). None of these identify you.
Third parties
The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap: when the map loads, your browser requests it from the OpenStreetMap servers, which therefore receive your IP address (details: osmfoundation.org, Privacy Policy). The website may contain references to companies with which Codebase has a business relationship; Codebase accepts no responsibility for their privacy practices — please review each company’s own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, at any time at info@c1c.hu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu).
